Home Remedies for Dark Circles under the Eyes

A lot of people these days have dark circles under their eyes. Dark circles can develop at an early age, although it is more common among older people. Irrespective of age, men and women alike usually feel they don’t look their best when they have “bags” under their eyes.
It is often a hereditary condition. Also, dark circles tend to worsen with age as the skin thins and loses subcutaneous fat, which in turn exposes the blood vessels lying beneath the skin.
But many other factors can be at fault, such as excessive smoking, inadequate sleepimproper dietexcessive drinkingpollution and allergies.

Potatoes have natural bleaching properties that can help lighten dark circles. They can also help get rid of the puffiness around the eyes.
  1. Chill two potatoes in the refrigerator for one hour.
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes to extract the juice.
  3. Dip a cotton ball in the juice and apply it around your eyes before going bed. Leave it on overnight.
  4. In the morning, wash it off with warm water.

Lying flat on your stomach on the floor on a rag or any comfortable fabric, place your palms flat on the floor with the elbows bent at the level of the shoulder. Keep your legs straight behind your or let your knees rest on the floor with a straight back. Lift yourself with your arms at the elbow joint with your palms flatly on the ground. Hold your body in that position for 5 to 10 seconds or three well-paced counts. Then lower your body to its original position, repeat the process in two three sets five times a day each day.



Exercise 3
In the last step, lie on your back on a low table or bench and hold a 5lb weight in each hand with outstretching them beside you and parallel to your shoulders. Lifting the arms slowly, bring the weight towards each other until your hands meet in front of you. Return your hands to the original position and repeat the procedure 10 times thrice a day.
If you follow these steps, your chest muscles (pectoral muscles) will build up becoming bigger and so push the breasts forward making them to appear larger. क्या आपको मालूम है कि एक किलो बढ़िया क्वालिटी के पपीता के बीज की क्या कीमत होती है? अंदाज लगाइये! पांच सौ रुपये? हजार रुपये? दो हजार प्रति रुपये किलो? नहीं, आप सुनेंगे तो आपके होश उड़ जाएंगे। शहरों में जिस पपीते के लोग दीवाने हैं और फिगर दुरुस्त रखने के लिए जिसके पीछे लड़के-लड़कियां पागल रहते हैं, उस पपीते के एक किलो बीज की कीमत एक किलो चांदी से भी ज्यादा है। चांदी का भाव 39 हजार रुपये किलो के आसपास है जबकि अच्छी क्वालिटी के पपीते के बीज की कीमत 40 हजार रुपये प्रति किलो है।पूर्णिया(बिहार) के किसान चिन्मया नंद सिंह ने जब बिहार के प्रसिद्ध पूसा कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के खरीद कांउटर पर इस बारे में पता किया तो उन्हें बताया गया कि अच्छी गुणवत्ता के पपीते का बीज 40 हजार रुपये प्रति किलो मिलता है। मजे की बात ये कि बहुत सारी वेबसाइट जो इस कारोबार से जुड़ी हुई हैं वो पूरी कीमत नहीं बताती, उन पर आपको मोबाइल नंबर और अपना मेल आइडी छोड़ने को कहा जाता है। लेकिन कुछ वेबसाइट्स पर ये खबर जरूर है कि 25 बीज की कीमत 250 रुपये है |

कैसे खाएं पपीते के बीज (Papaya Seeds)

आजकल लोग पपीते के बीजों को स्वास्थ्य के लिए अच्छा, या एक हेल्थ फूड मानने लगे हैं। आप पपीते के बीजों को सप्लीमेंट या संपूरक जैसे साबुत खा सकते हैं, या बीजों को पीसकर काली मिर्च की जगह इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं क्योंकि दोनों के स्वाद में काफी समानता है।
एक छोटा पपीता चुनें: ज्यादातर छोटे पपीतों के बीजों का स्वाद ज्यादा तेज़ नहीं होता है और बड़े पपीतों के बीज कटु होते हैं।जब आप पपीते के बीज के स्वाद को अभ्यस्त हो जायेंगे, आपको हर समय छोटे पपीते ढूँढने की जरूरत नहीं होगी और आप बड़े पपीते ले सकते हैं। छोटे पपीतों से शुरू करने से आपको उसके स्वाद की आदत हो जायेगी।
कुछ बीजों को यूँही चबाएं: पपीते के बीजों को साबुत खा सकते हैं, पर पहले हफ्ते में, एक दिन में सिर्फ एक या दो बीज चबाएं। अगर आप एकदम से बहुत ज्यादा खायेंगे, तो आपकी स्वादकलिका या टेस्टबड्स और पाचन तंत्र या डाइजेस्टिव सिस्टम पर अधिक जोर पड़ेगा।
शुरू में पपीते के बीजों का काली मिर्च जैसा कटु स्वाद ज्यादा तेज़ लग सकता है। इसलिए अगर आप जल्दी, एक बार में अत्यधिक खायेंगे तो आप निराश हो जायेंगे व आपका और खाने का मन नहीं करेगा।
पपीते के बीजों को खाना सेफ या निरापद है पर जिस चीज की आपके पेट को आदत नहीं है, उसे अधिक मात्रा में खाने से पाचन खराब हो सकता है। धीरे से शुरू करके आप इससे बच सकते हैं।
मात्रा को धीरे धीरे बढ़ाएं: दूसरे हफ्ते में, धीरे धीरे उसे प्रतिदिन चौथाई चम्मच, फिर आधा चम्मच, फिर एक पूरा चम्मच खाना शुरू करें।
पपीते के बीजों को ज्यादा प्रोटीन वाले भोजन के साथ खाएं ताकि आपका पाचन तंत्र आसानी से काम कर सके। ऐसा करने से आपको बीज के प्रोटियोलिटिक एंज़ाइम्स (proteolytic enzymes) का अधिकतम लाभ होगा और आपके पाचक स्वास्थ्य या डाइजेस्टिव हेल्थ में सुधार होगा।
बीजों को शहद के साथ खाकर देखें: अगर आपके लिए पपीते के बीजों का ज्यादा कटु स्वाद अधिक तेज़ है तो आप साबुत बीजों को 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद के साथ खाएं ताकि वह ज्यादा कटु न लगे।
पपीते के बीजों को शहद के साथ खाते समय भी, बीजों को निगलने से पहले कुछ बार चबाएं।
लोग मानते हैं कि शहद और पपीते के बीजों का समुच्चय परजीवियों या पैरासाइट्स को नष्ट करता है। इसलिए पपीते के बीजों को शहद के साथ लेना स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी लाभदायक है।
बीजों को पीसें: एक ऊखल और मूसल से, एक बार में 1 छोटा चम्मच पपीते के बीजों को पीसकर बारीक या मोटा पाउडर बनायें।
आप चाहें तो ऊखल और मूसल इस्तेमाल करने की जगह साफ, सूखे बीजों को पेप्पर ग्राइंडर में पीस सकते हैं।
उत्तम परिणाम के लिए, कुछ समय पहले पीसे हुए बीजों की जगह ताज़े पीसे हुए पपीते के बीज लें।
जब आपको पीसी हुई काली मिर्च का उपयोग करना हो तो पपीते के पीसे हुए बीजों को इस्तेमाल करें: पीसे हुए पपीते के बीज काली मिर्च के बदले में अच्छा काम करते हैं। आप उन्हें उतनी ही मात्रा में इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
ध्यान रखें पपीते के बीजों का स्वाद एकदम काली मिर्च के समान नहीं होता है। कुछ लोग उसके स्वाद को काली मिर्च और राई के स्वाद के बीच का ब्लेंड मानते हैं। पर जब उसको थोड़ी मात्रा में काली मिर्च के बदले में खाने में डालते हैं तो खाने के स्वाद में कोई नकारात्मक असर नहीं होता है।
पपीते के बीजों का सलाद बनायें: पपीते के बीजों को विनग्रैट ड्रेसिंग में मिलाएं जैसे आप पेप्पर विनग्रैट बनाने के लिए करते हैं। ये पपीते के बीजों को इस्तेमाल करने का एक और लोकप्रिय तरीका है।
एक प्रकार की पपीते के बीजों की ड्रेसिंग बनाने के लिए 1 बड़ा चम्मच पपीते के बीज, चौथाई प्याला पपीता, चौथाई प्याला लाल प्याज, चौथाई प्याला ताज़ा हरा धनिया, लहसुन की 1 कली, 5 छोटे चम्मच अदरक, 2 बड़ा चम्मच ऐप्पल साइडर विनेगर, 1 नींबू का रस, 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद, चौथाई प्याला ऑलिव ऑयल, आधा छोटा चम्मच सी सॉल्ट, और आप चाहें तो एक चुटकी लाल मिर्च इस्तेमाल करें।
सिर्फ तेल को छोड़कर बाकी सब संघटकों को ब्लेंडर में ब्लेंड करें जबतक वे द्रव या लिक्विड बन जाएँ।
जब ब्लेंडर या फूड प्रोसेसर चल रहा हो, आप धीरे धीरे ऑलिव ऑयल डालें ताकि वह अच्छी तरह ब्लेंड हो जाये।
इस रेसिपी से 1 प्याला पपीते के बीजों की ड्रेसिंग (papaya seed dressing) बनेगी। आप उसको सील और चिल करके एक हफ्ते तक रख सकते हैं
अतिरिक्त बीजों को फ्रीज़र में रखें: अगर आप सारे पपीते के बीजों को शुरू के कुछ दिनों में खाने या इस्तेमाल करने की नहीं सोच रहे हैं तो उनको एक फ्रीज़र सेफ एयरटाइट कंटेनर में रखकर, फ्रीज़र में रखें।
अगर आप पपीते के बीज नियमित रूप से खाते हैं तो आप उन्हें फ्रीज़र में रखने की जगह फ्रिज में रख सकते हैं। मान लीजिये आपको लगता है कि आप एक हफ्ते के अंदर सारे पपीते के बीजों को नहीं खा पायेंगे तो कुछ बीजों को फ्रीज़ करें।
फ्रीज़ करके रखने से पपीते के बीजों के पौष्टिक तत्त्व 6 से 12 महीनों तक बने रहते हैं।
बीजों को इस्तेमाल करने से पहले रात को फ्रिज में डिफ्रॉस्ट करें। नहीं तो आप फ्रीज़ करे हुए बीजों को कुछ क्षणों के लिए गर्म पानी में भिगो सकते हैं जबतक वे नरम हो जाएँ।
